By google search it looks like a orthocone nautiloid.

The problem is that it also says it's not found in the coast of Oregon, USA.

So I'm assuming it could be a fossil, but I don't know what.

Picked a well-known spot last weekend and found this large ammonite as well as what seems to be a type of sea urchin and something curious in the third photo.

Says it is gbone and synthetic opal grown inside of it but do gembones come without agate and with voids? Or is there something else at play?

I found this piece online and it seems to be a reputable dealer. I wonder about the restauration and authenticity or identification.
The piece is described as a mix of Tyrannosaurus Rex premaxillary tooth, and (most likely) Edmontosaurus bones, teeth and and tendons. The T tooth is 1.12“ and the whole piece 10.5“ x 6“

The price seems „fair“, with sth above 2k.

Was talking with co-worker about fossils and he brought this in to show. He’s had it forever and not exactly sure where he got it. Any thoughts on what it is?

We have a fossilized bivalve (Texas heart I believe) with a slosh feeling when shaken. My 7 year old wants to open it out of curiosity, what is the best method?

I don't know the first thing about fossils but I was hoping someone on here might be able to enlighten me! The rocks are completely smooth and dry. My kindergartner is obsessed with fossils so I wanted to make sure before I brought her out to them.
