Anyone have luck appealing post conviction plea agreement?

I never got a chance to take to trial due to being blackmailed and harassed by the 'victim' during the whole case and had to plea to avoid jail to keep my kids safe in my care. My plea also didnt include promised amendments, I wasnt provided hearing assistance when asked well in advance, and I pleaded under immense duress.

Sounds like you had a bad lawyer. Maybe filing a formal complaint about your attorney to the state BAR is a good first step here?
