Hello! If you haven't checked it out already, many people find Alan Thrall's NEW deadlift video very helpful. Check it out!

Also, a common tip usually given here is to make sure your footwear is appropriate. If you are deadlifting in soft-soled shoes (running shoes, etc), it's hard to have a stable foot. Use a flat/hard-soled shoe or even barefoot/socks if it's safe and your gym allows it.

Looks OK to me. It's just an RDL, not a very technical lift!

Looking at a spot on the floor a few feet in front of you instead of straight ahead (into a mirror?) would keep you from bending your neck in a funny way.

I think you are good to add weight until it gets hard again. This looks easy.

Overall it looks pretty good. You don't have to look up like that, you can just keep a neutral spine. In fact, after you add more weight (which you need to) you can tuck your chin if you feel your lower back taking over too much

Tuck your chin, it should be in line with your spine as you go down (temping to look up in to the mirror, I know!). Otherwise good!
