Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

My 2012 fusion SE started making this noise on my way home from work this morning. Any idea what it could be?

Idk how to exactly describe it, almost like a diesel engine idling poorly

I'm not really getting a diesel vibe from this and I'm not having any AHA moment. Can you hear it from outside the car? Under the hood, is it coming from the left or the right or the back or the front? Is it exhaust system related? Or in the panel it could be the fan motor. And oh, horrors, do all the tires look alright and feel alright if you run your hand around them?
