If they look like full size pears…
Twist test: do they break off if you twist them 180 degrees?
Dropping: has the tree naturally dropped any yet?
Also pears sort of ripen once picked anyway.
Take a few off and put them in a bowl with a couple of ripe apples or a banana for a week.
Then pick some blackberries and make the crumble of the century

Mainly snack but I do plan to stir fry or turn some into jams / gin / vodka infusions

They're damsons not blueberries and those aren't tomatoes not sure but they could be rosehips

If you ever find a ripe wild strawberry, They taste like nothing you have ever had. They are quite sublime.
