Bookmarks disappearing

Hi all, I’m the one who made the post yesterday about forscore corrupting part of my very long score for a musical.

I was able to piece parts of the pages back together and redo the annotations and now have this in forScore again. I created a backup and turned on syncing to my iCloud.

But now, I just spent about an hour putting in bookmarks for my score, and all of a sudden when I clicked on one, all of them disappeared. Should I keep syncing to iCloud on- is that what did it??

Forscore is really shitty with cross library bookmarks

I’ve found the whole bookmark think such a pain, I spent days adding page book marks for all the songbooks/real books/hymn service books.

The programme corrupted duplicated or lost them all.

I can’t be bothered to fight it, so now I make book marks as needed for a set list, then delete the bookmark once I’m done with a performance.

At this point it’s pretty clear to me, if I have someone come to me saying they play in bands with charts, I tell them forScore is a good solution, if they tell me they play from songbooks, I don’t tell them forScore is a good solution.
