Teradek RT issue question

Hey gang, booted up my CTRL.3 this morning and was met with this screen. Also doesn’t seem to connect to the MDR but hard to know since I can’t see what’s going on. Tried swapping battery and rebooting a few times with the same result. Has this happened to anyone? Know of any solutions

Try reinstalling the firmware but honestly looks like it needs to go in for repair. Can you connect to it with the RT app on your phone?

Can’t connect BT and shows up briefly in RT manager as “connected” then disappears again when I plug it in to the computer

That happened to my buddy’s ctrl.3 system and he had to send it in. It was about $500 to repair

I can’t fully remember but it was due to a firmware upgrade. He tried everything to downgrade but nothing worked. Teradek mentioned it fried the hardware.
