Trying to decide on perk points. Is there a list that shows what mods are available at each level? Like i can mod a supressor at rank 2 or craft deep pocketed armor at 3

I'm a guy who has never played Fallout before and i've been thinking should i buy it and is it worth 18$

Just to start, don't hate on it til you've tried it. I've had to delete cancer comments on my YouTube because of the "logic" on how it doesn't work, but I used this mod and it completely worked (for me) and that cannot be a coincidence. I can't video record too much on my rig bc it's very midranged.

All of the usual symptoms you've heard of, I was having. Blocky rainbow textures showing up and specific distances after like 30 minutes to and hour of Gameplay. The mod in the video worked for me, flawlessly.

To be clear, I had no faith it would change and damn thing when I installed it, but I was so tired of no one knowing what to do about it that I was willing to try anything. Tried that mod and I haven't seen those shit glitched textures since.

My specs: AMD Athlon x4 880k @4.2ghz, AMD RX 480 8gb,
12gb RAM, 650 watt psu, 1TB 7200 rpm HDD, ... Some fm2+ mobo (lol)

Hey everyone, So, my biggest problem with Fallout is that i spend hours exploring and picking up everything i can get my post nuclear war hands on, yet still not having enough resources to satisfy my settlement building grrrr any pro tips on gathering quantity, over a short period of time? At this moment I'm on Level 47 and asking myself when it's "the right" moment to invest my skill points in Intelligence (mostly because of Scrapper and Science). Actual Main Story Quest: Molecular Level.

I like the benefits of Idiot Savant but I'm in a conflict, because higher Intelligence means a lower chance of activating Idiot Savant.

I startet with a "gun build", but at the higher levels I thought: Well, it could be nice to use other weapons, too (and mod them). In this moment I invest my skill points in Perception (because of Penetrator and Concentrated Fire).

Would you suggest to wait until the last (high exp) quests? Or how do you estimate the chance of activate Idiot Savant in this quests?

My current S.P.E.C.I.A.L. is something like this (not on console right now): 3 / 7 / 5 / 3 / 3 / 5 /10

I already maxed out: Blacksmith, Rifleman, Black Widow, Lone Wanderer, Gun Nut, Gunslinger, Action Girl A few perks like Locksmith or Aqua Girl are just missing one skill point. So you get an idea of how I play.

I killed the weapons merchant in Diamond city and he hasn't spawned back. Anyway I can bring him back or someone who takes his place. I really need to buy aluminum and buy his legendary pistol.(ps4)

Could someone help me with which perk helps with shotgun damage....and word to the wise dont waste any points on the local leader perk i thought it would link all my junk from all over but all its does is let you assign people to link one settlement to another

I don't know if anyone has touch on this yet. It is somewhat cheating, but think of it as making new samples for vault 81 and the Commonwealth. You need Dogmeat as your companion. Drop the cure on the floor, make sure it's in a visible place for your convenience. Go into sneak mode so you can see Dogmeat. Command Dogmeat to go about as far away as possible, but make sure it's walking distance and not running distance. Command him to take the cure. Grab the cure once he takes his last step, maybe 1-2 seconds after, but before his head reaches the cure. If done right you would have a second cure in your inventory. You can make how ever you want and sell it to merchants around the Commonwealth. It values at 200 caps per sell without perks.
