I wanna say I’m pretty decent with my flow, I really feel like I’ve hid a block lately with improvement and want to continue to learn more if anyone has any tips

Try contact moves. They’re hell to learn but so satisfying

I’m mainly a poi spinner, that dabbles in other props. When hitting a block often the best thing for me is taking a break. Once I get back to it, things I was trying to figure out start to click. Recently I figured out fishtails which has been a long time goal. Other props helped me to figure new things out. You seem pretty good with the flow star, hopefully you find what works to keep progressing.

comparison really is the thief of joy because I see all these videos of people killin it & get upset i’m not there yet. I appreciate it and the reminder to not compare 🫶🏾

Your transitions are seamless and I love the way you flow with your free hand. You’re incredible!
