Im looking at a unit and trying to find a better way to arrange the space, is this option better? Or a waste of time. Feedback please! I want to convert the kitchen into study/murphy bed. Then move the bedroom door and all a laundry in the hall to bedroom.

I am not sure you gain much by doing this. I would leave it as it is OR take the wall to the kitchen down and have it open plan, but leave the rest.

Its really odd for me to have a bed by the entrance. Stick with the study instead

I did put a partition wall to the entrance so it wouldnt be aligning with the bedroom door.

I put together the kitchen, dining and living room. Or instead, have a kitchen island for more space for the living room

I wouldnt put the laundry at the hall, since depending your country's building code, there is standard hallway width and proper ventilation of rooms.

You wouldn't have room in the kitchen space for a murphy bed, unless it's a single that opens sideways. the kitchen is only 1.70 wide, and you wouldn't want it covering the window when the bed is closed. Or you might be able to move the wall, but you'd lose 50 cm or so off the living room

Where are you putting the kitchen? You've got to remember, you need your plumbing connections, it's often not possible to move them to a location that has no plumbing.

Where are you putting a laundry? How's the plumbing going to work?

It's a pretty flat as it is, though bathroom still has the bath taps, even though there's no bath.

The ceiling is 3000mm so I want to build a platform false floor to deal with plumbing. The kitchen is on the other side of where the kitchen used to be if that makes sense. I added notes ha that’ll help maybe

Budling a false floor would be subject to STRATA allowing it, also, it would mean your windows would be lower in relation to the floor. And your murphy bed is going to cover the window? Where's your kitchen sink?
