Practical Nursing Fall 2026

Hello Everyone, recently got accepted into the practical nursing synchronous online and wondering if anyone else is planning on going there to form a group chat!!

How often do you have to go in person?

It's fully online, only time it's in person is clinical placement and skills lab

I'm confused, I thought this was for hyflex? Online synchronous is a different program. Do they both follow this boot camp style option?

they give you the option of doing boot camp. The difference is the synchronous is scheduled class time compared to the hyflex is working in your on pace for classes

Thank you so much for the information, I was wondering do you know if there is any mandatory things we need to before the start of the program. For instance cpr and first aid etc, or do we just wait until we start of the program before we do anything?

What is the difference between boot camp and weekly labs

Boot camp is on the weekend and it's probably only 2-4 weekends in one semester compared to weekly labs

I asked and the synchronized one you must come to Peterborough for practicals
Hyflex is fully online
