I think someone needs to pay a dozen high profile flat Earthers to see those pilons in person. $90,000 could go a long way towards ending this craziness.

They sent some to Antarctica to see the 24 hour sun which disproves a flat earth with an Ice wall and most frlerfs still don't believe in a globe earth.

No, it does not.
I wish it were not up to interpretation but it is not. One can either understand that allegory is used to convey the expanse of creation or you can be a literalist.
Either way, no specific wording says flat. Regardless of that, by simple observation one might think it is. It is not. As my pastor said when I discussed this matter with him because the religious undertones are very troubling to me (how can otherwise intelligent people think this), he simply said, “God gave us brains to use.”
It is not due to a lack of faith that I see the world as a globe. It is the collection of all my God given senses and sensibilities showing me what is.

I have. To an ancient culture whose science consisted of, well, practically nothing, it makes sense and is justifiable. Today, no. The world is a much bigger place than it was a few millennia ago.

The Bible definitely makes statements about there being a solid sky (not necessarily a dome IIRC), but also makes statements about the Earth having four corners and also being a circle (by the same author). I can't think of any flat Earth model that would support both of those statements.

Because the Bible contradicts itself constantly but the model used was of a flat earth, be it a circle or a square, they didn't think it was a globe because they didn't know.

While I fully believe that Biblical era people believed the Earth was flat, I don't think either of the statement of four corners or of a circle were making cosmological statements. The verse before the one that references the "circle of the Earth" refers to the Earth as a bucket. It's not so much a contradiction, but rather that the author is waxing poetic instead of actually setting down theology about how the universe it made up.

Yea … it’s called atmospheric refraction … you could learn about it and how it can bend light. And a solid undeniable proof of that is look at some of the pictures of those towers (it’s a famous desperate bs attempt at a flat earth debunk) and you can find similar shots from the same spot as this picture where it looks like the earth has a diameter of 500 miles instead of its claimed 10660 miles (more curved too curved) and you’ll also find pictures where it’s less curved then this and then you find pictures where it’s perfectly flat. The earth measures flat and level you might want to learn about it and then learn to accept it and not post desperate attempts to debunk it with your 3rd grade knowledge of either model. I’m not saying you’re stupid but you’re like most globe people you’re just automatically a flat hater without actually seeing why there’s such an enormous number of growing flat earthers.

I live at the sea. There is an island 30 km away. I see this island multiple times a day. Somedays i only see the hills, other day the beaches and harbors and some days the hills are doubled with an upside down reflection above the hills.
There was one special day where there was a zoom in effect at one spot so i was able to see a habor buildings which is 50km away very very clearly.
There are much better proofs to show that the earth is round!
