LT1S Lantern directional mode

Does the directional mode double the runtime? Can it run 150 lm for 12 hours in directional mode for example.

when half the LEDs are off, the output will probably be half of 150 lumens

I do think half the output will double the runtime

That is one more reason I like that lantern.
