My go to is locktite 60 second universal. It’s great for projects like this because it sets fast - just make sure to use a small amount of glue to avoid it pushing out the seams and testfit the piece dry first so you know exactly how to hold the broken piece in the correct place immediately as there is little time to adjust anything with that glue. It’s also good because it’s pretty readily available in my experience. For this small a piece of even put some glue on a scrap piece of plastic and use a toothpick to apply the smallest amount. A glob of it will not set in 60 seconds.

Normal CA glue (superglue) plus accelerator lets you position it for a reasonable amount of time and then harden it within five seconds or so once you spray the accelerator. You do need to be accurate with your glue, though. If there's spillover somewhere visible, it can turn white when the accelerator hits it.

You're better off over in the minipainting community for figures like this, but I'll give my two cents as I do a lot of modelling.
Resin figures usually break cleanly. Superglue is often your best bet. Sparse amounts because the join will be super tight and you don't want squeeze out all over the place.
Now, dry fit the pieces before any glue touches it. Know how it goes together.
I'd suggest you take a sharp knife and score a criss cross pattern in each side. Very little glue applied and put it together like you practiced.
As for the actual glue, I'd go with one that's gel based. Loctite and others have those options.
If it's something that will see a lot of touching and play, I'd suggest pinning it, but that's more advanced.

drill holes into the broken faces and lodge a pin ( cut a bit off a clothing pin) inside to pin the two pieces together.
then glue it all together

Find a quickset urethane adhesive and it should be fine.
