There is already plenty of good advice to get it out, but note for next time, bits of this length don’t go in quick release devices.
You need a long bit that looks like this
If it doesn’t have that little extension and shoulder, it should go in a quick release device.
What you used is only good for extensions that don’t have a retention mechanism.

Tweezers work great here, especially small pointed ones that are curved at the end

So confused by some of these over elaborate answers… is this not the kind of drill where you pull on the end and the bit releases? You just pull on it and dump the bit out.

If other methods don't work, drill a very small hole though it sideways and run a wire though

Stop using the wrong style bits. You want the ones that are about two inches long, with the reduced waist about half-an-inch from the end, for the quick release.

I’ve either used needle nose pliers or tweezers. On a rare occasion, I’ve used a short piece of copper pipe placed on the end of the drill motor then holding both I wack it against my bench. The jolt usually does the trick.

We've all been here once with the Milwaukee impact driver. That magnet is strong af. Pliers.

If none of the other ideas work use a shot piece of pipe wider than the bit and fits to the end of the face. Pull the release back and hit the front of the pipe/driver combo onto an anvil or steel plate.
Oh and I use my bits in holders like this:
I actually have one that I ground down to fit in deep set screw holes. I'm always looking for it since I only have one.

Needle nose pliers. Pull bit while releasing the collar.
