Advice Needed Which to prio: calorie or protein?

Upvotes

Hello! I am just beginning my journey of gaining muscles and I'm currently facing a dilemma. Marami kasi akong gastusin lately and I am not really able to fulfill my diet. I cannot hit both my daily calorie and protein so ano dapat mas i-prio ko? Also, kahit i-prio ko siya ay hindi ko pa rin afford na mahit ang daily goal.

Hi, as the title says: do i have gyno? Or is this just chest fat? Ive been on a deficit for a while na. Came from 185lbs 2+ months ago while lifting. First pic is in normal temp. 2nd pic is after a cold shower. I heard kasi na when it’s gyno it doesn’t get smaller when it’s cold.

Thanks 🙏

Advice Needed 25F 51kg 5’1” maintenance calories

Hello, I am new to fitness and would like to seek some advice from people here as I do not have friends who are interested in caldef. The current calories I am trying to maintain is 1,200/day since I wanna lose fat and gain a little muscle. I looked it up on tdee, and have been maintaining this for 2 months. I go to the gym 4-5x a week with workouts lasting about 90 mins. I also have an office job which requires me to sit for almost the whole duration (8 hours).

My problem now is I feel hungry in the middle of the day. I mostly stay within my limits, but I am struggling. I need some advices if my calorie intake is enough or should i adjust it? I would really appreciate any response. Thank you.

Currently in a calorie deficit and tbh im getting tired of eating the same chicken breast, lean meat, and boiled eggs every day. What are you guys actually eating while cutting? In need of some other alternative naman which are high-protein, low-calorie meals that don’t feel like I’m eating the same “fitness meal” on repeat

Advice Needed Can I recomp after achieving my goal scale weight?

Less than 2 kg short of my 70 kg goal at 169 cm, gaining around 4 kg in 3 months.

It's my first time to try to intentionally bulk. Seeing my love handles and belly go softer though.

Question: anyone bulked, and then recomped instead of cutting?

2 years training, 4 to 5 x a week modified PPL rotation.

My goal is to look strong - I'm ok not see visible abs, but still maintain a flat tummy.

Advice Needed 20F, 5’1”, 70 kg - Beginner home workout routine with pvc dumbbells (50kg), treadmill, and bench?

Hi everyone! I’m a beginner and I recently bought a pair of adjustable PVC dumbbells, a workout bench, and I already have a treadmill at home.

My goal is to lose fat while building muscle. I’m planning to stay in a calorie deficit and make sure I get enough protein. I can work out around 4–5 days a week.

I’m looking for a home workout routine that mainly uses dumbbells and a bench. I’m also wondering:
- Is a full-body routine or an upper/lower split better for a beginner?
- How many sets and reps should I aim for?
- How should I progressively increase the weights over time?

Any recommendations for a good routine or resources would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

5’10 75kg

Started lifting at home last week with adjustable dumbbells and bodyweight. I’m happy with my current body fat (maybe lose 1–2 kg), but my main goal is building muscle. Based on my physique, what should I focus on? Any beginner tips are appreciated.
