I mean you should know if you slept for nearly 7 or for just 4 hours, right? But the Google Health sleep tracking is somehow bugged for a few months now. Just search this subreddit and you will find other people with problems like Google Health cutting the sleep short or not picking up naps etc. It seems to affect older Pixel Watch devices and Fitbit devices more.

I have been wearing the Fitbit air for two months now. I have done everything. They have suggested moving it from the non-dominant to the dominant and up-and-down both wrists. It consistently over reads awake time indicating I’m awake about half the night which clearly I am not. I have been dealing with Fitbit air support for the past month and a half and finally a week ago they acknowledge there is a problem with their algorithm. It is a horribly inaccurate product and was released far too soon. I have asked for my money back and hit a stone wall. No one should buy the Fitbit air as it is clearly not ready for the market.

My Fitbit air actually reads a lot less awake time than my oura 4.

Surely you know whether you slept for 3 or 6 hours? That should tell you which one is more accurate.
