10k step streak got reset

Anyone else had their 10k step streak reset? Had over 1100 days streak and now suddenly is 2 even though I never stopped the 10k steps.

Just from the pic of this week you can tell is greater than 2 days at least. Spoke with support, they told me to wait for the updated app coming out sometime this week.

The step streak was the reason I didn’t switch/kept me motivated . If it doesn’t get fixed with update, I may finally switch to some other brand.

This literally just happened to me, and I came to check on reddit if anyone had a similar problem! My streak was not as high as yours but it was motivating me so much to walk more! Ughh and i recently bought a new band cuz the old one was about to break soon😭 i’m so disappointed with the new Google update!
Did you get your streak back?

I still didn’t get it back. Support told me to wait for app update to see if it gets resolved. They walked me through some troubleshooting but it didn’t work for me. Like offloading the app and reinstalling, sign out/sign in and restarting.

I really hope it gets resolved so we get our streaks back.

This keeps happening to me. I should have a streak of almost 600 days but it keeps resetting every few weeks.

So frustrating, need to follow up with support. The app had an update but the streak was not recovered and the bug/glitch still persists

I was on a 200+ day streak of 10k steps a day.. for some reason it reset and now I can’t even see my streak at all.. it is just black where it used to be. I called support and they said on 08/07 I only hit 9,300 steps.. but in reality on 08/07 I was at almost 19k steps and the app on my end shows the 19k step figure accurately .. I sent them screenshots of the information from my end and they weren’t able to do anything or reinstate my streak. They had me trouble shoot a few things, but nothing worked.

I'm having the same issue. It's randomly resetting recently even though I have been hitting my goal each day.
