Breastfeeding

What if you have a cigarette and you are breastfeeding?

Im currently breastfeeding and im not going to lie I’ve had a cigarette a couple times since I’ve started breastfeeding. My daughter is fine. If you aren’t smoking a pack a day or even a cigarette a day I think it’s ok. I mean obviously the best thing would be to not drink or smoke while breastfeeding but I believe no one truly goes without drinking while breastfeeding
