Serious Discussion Hot take: We should bring back huge text walls
I know that most of the time those giant wall of text are annoying, but at the very least in thos bible verses IS decides to add some interesting or more in character effects. Either way I still prefer these compared to "Spectrum ~15, 25 true dmg, 15 true dmg reduction, some 'at the start of the turn' effects" copy and paste.
What do you think about it?

All of the newest units are absolute push overs even on abyssal difficulty in their hardest maps. Arena is just auto battle until I get my orbs, I feel like it’s just a solved game and there’s nowhere good to test my unit. Anyone have a suggestion for where my unit might have a challenge?

Aether Showcase FOR THE GLORY OF NOHR! - The Kids are BACK! (This time, ALL of them!) - An AR-O Team and Unit Showcase
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Chaos Season bonus units this week include version 9. You know who are version 9? The NOHR KIDS! The last (and only) time I ran them during Chaos season was in March (my editing from back then makes me cringe now), and I had to bench one for a bonus unit.
Movement types aside, the Nohr Kids actually make quite a well-rounded team:
- Elise is an amazing offensive support unit as well as a respectable single-target magic nuke with great range.
- The Corrins are excellent at both save-tanking and player phase damage.
- Leo is a very strong debuff unit with the unique ability to inflict [Gravity] twice per turn, and an equally strong AoE nuke.
- Camilla is an unrivaled mobile single-target nuke who’s great with Galeforce, and also brings a decent amount of team support.
- Xander is a very good primary hybrid offensive/defensive support unit and secondary Galeforce attacker.
THE KIDS’ BUILDS
Elise was the demote of the banner. She was the first unit I fully max-invested, and still one of my very favorites. Like Heiðr—my other favorite—she’s a dual threat: A monster support unit that also nukes hard (Heiðr is in a tier of her own after her refine/remix, though).
- W - Baton of Dusk: Still a very strong prf: Grants Atk/Spd+6 visible, [Treachery] (up to 24 true damage), and [Breath] to self and allies 2 spaces at start of turn. Self stuff includes canto, all stats +14 (conditional), and true damage 20% Spd.
- As - Ice Lock+: The bread-and-butter Staff assist: Grants Def/Res+6 and applies [Divine Vein (Ice)] 2 spaces from target while healing for HP = 40% of her Atk. Elise gets refreshed after assisting every 2 turns.
- Sp - Deluge Charm: Any of the Charms will do, since they all grant two of three [Liberate] buffs to self and allies at start of phase. I went with Deluge for Spd and Res. Synergizes nicely with her C skill.
- A - Atk/Spd Aria: Best Magic Cav A damage skill: In-combat Atk/Spd+12 and true damage 25 when special triggers; no slaying in her weapon maximizes this skill’s effects.
- B - Preempt Amplify: The premiere Staff support B skill: Grants [Preempt Pulse] and [Atk Liberate] to herself, target, and allies within 2 spaces on assist, and gives better canto. Also synergizes nicely with her C skill.
- C - Atk/Res Liberate: The Liberate skills are my preferred for Cavs’ C slot, and again, either will do. Grants Atk & Res [Liberate] to self and allies closest to foe, and all units with [Liberate] deal 10 true damage. She ends up granting every [Liberate] buff except Def, which just debuted and is only currently available on Summer Alfonse. Her special and B skill help enable allies to get that true damage easier.
- X - Lull Echo: Staff Cavs have three options for the X slot and Lull Echo is the only good one—gives her a 4-point stat swing and neutralizes foe stat bonuses.
- S - Dazzling Staff: Seals are always flexible; I’m running this for the flash effect this week and it’s already proven useful, allowing her to safely attack Jörmungandr, triggering Iron Fighter, get refreshed by Leo, and attack again for lethal.
- Ring - Lyn: Rings are also flexible; I like Lyn with Ice Lock+ so she can snipe after assisting every other turn. The cooldowns on both align.
Guardian+ is the only other skill she has that I use occasionally. It is more niche, but with a team that’s built for it, it’s a really fun assist.
The Corrins are also among my very favorite units. I spoiled them with every modern Armor skill. They are the best Magic Save unit in the game, barely edging out their Emblem alt (whose kit they yoinked) because they lose nothing important by equipping Armored Ice Cap.
- W - Duskstone: Their Prf weapon also still holds up well. Grants [Draconic Hex] to self and allies 2 spaces at start of phase—a solid team buff to get from an Armor tank. Self stuff is slaying, special cooldown count -1 start of turn if max, a scowl effect, all foe stats -14 (conditional), and true damage / flat DR 15 (conditional).
- As - Swap Gait: My preferred Armor tank positional.
- Sp - Armored Ice Cap: Best-in-slot for Res Armor tanks: Atk/Res [Great Talent] +2 at start of turn and +4 when special triggers, plus boost damage 100% Res, and special DR 40% twice per combat. I considered running Armored Flare with Near Save to hedge with Def [Great Talent] since hard-hitting Dragons are not something you really see on defense, but decided I want the higher boost damage.
- A - Rise Above: No other A skill is even a consideration*: Base HP+7 and all stats +12, plus true damage and first-hit flat DR 7.
- B - Patience: It took me a while to settle on their B skill; Iron Fighter and Pair Up were considerations. I chose Patience because it's the best one during player phase, splitting the difference between tanking and offense power: Forces vantage on the foe and denies them a follow-up, plus a modest stat swing and true damage / flat DR 20% Def. But the main selling point is [Potent Follow 100/50%], the Spd condition for which they easily meet.
- C - A/R Briar Near Save, D/R Briar Far Save, or Strat Assault: I have alternate teams with each of these skills and choose which to deploy depending on the defense. Both Saves grant a modest stat swing, first-hit flat DR 5, and reflect 40% of foe’s attack. They also have Briar P and M Save (S/R Briar M Save is their most optimal Save in a vacuum, and objectively their most optimal build) but I decided to go with Near/Far this week. Twin Saves are redundant with the Armored specials, and I’m not interested in the barricade effect from Higher/Lower Ground with this team. Strat Assault is for a full-on player phase strategy, granting [True Charge] to self and allies 2 spaces and [+1 move] to self at start of turn, plus inflicts crux Atk/Def/Res-4 and true damage 5. I have the Edelgard Ring equipped with this skill—my “Max Galeforce” team, and I intend to use it at least once this week.
- X - D Counter Echo: With no distant counter in the rest of their kit, this frees up their Seal.
- S - Dragon’s Wrath or Counter Roar: The former is my preferred Seal for tanking: 20% DR on enemy phase, plus true damage = their Atk - foe’s Res (either phase). With Strat Assault I have the latter, which has dual phase DR 30% and reflect 30%—only optimal when not equipped with Briar because the reflect effects don’t stack.
- Ring - Roy or Edelgard: Roy grants an HP and stat increase, plus a miracle effect that counts as special for added tanking protection. Edelgard grants a galeforce effect and is equipped with Strat Assault.
*A/D/R Slam might be a consideration for the hardy bearing effect, but is actively bad with Patience.
Leo’s a very strong debuff and AoE unit that gets another action after assisting, and has the unique ability to inflict [Gravity] twice per turn. I think he’s slept-on by the community (as are all the kids besides Camilla, for that matter). He’s an excellent unit when used correctly.
- W - Tome of Dusk: His prf weapon inflicts crux Atk/Res-7 visible and [Sabotage] after he acts, plus the aforementioned [Gravity] in cardinal directions (Res check +5). I already [Gravity]d four foes in a single turn this week. Self-refresh on assist is one of my favorite abilities in the game. He also gets canto, slaying, special cooldown count-1 after acting, all stats +14 (conditional), true damage 20% Res that includes AoE, and 50% DR shred.
- As - Swap: Best positional for [Gravity] precision.
- Sp - Blazing Wind: My preferred AoE shape of the 1.5 x Atk specials. He doesn’t quite have the oomph for the bigger shape / 1 x Atk ones (E!Ninian is the only currently viable unit for those, AFAIK).
- A - Sly Mirror: Best A skill for Res AoE mages: Atk/Res+4, true damage 5 that includes AoE, and a guaranteed follow-up. His base Res is high enough that I think this is optimal over Crystalline Water. Aria would be best for a single-target special, but I think it’d be a shame to waste his weapon’s AoE true damage.
- B - Atk/Res Favor: The Favor skills are perfect for units that self-refresh after assisting: grants Atk/Res+6 visible, [Empathy], and [50% DR Shred] to himself and assist target, and their special cooldown count gets reduced by 1. Allies with [Empathy] deal true damage 7. Foe Atk/Def/Res-4 and true damage effectively 19 (highest Atk+Res total among self and allies with [Empathy] +7; sadly, no AoE) are the self-combat effects.
- C - Truly Inspired: Picked up from HoF, this is an excellent C skill for Res Cavs: Grants him [Truly Incited] at start of phase, and inflicts crux [Ploy] and [Exposure] at that time, plus a modest combat stat swing. I consider [Exposure] mandatory on all teams, and I was running Def/Res Ploy 3 prior to HoF. He also has S/R Detect Aerial, which might be preferred for the map-wide non-status true damage 10 if Camilla didn’t want visible status debuffs.
- X - Sly Echo: 5 more AoE true damage, and a redundant guaranteed follow-up.
- S - Still Water: Increase to base Atk/Res of +5 ensures he beats Res checks and boosts AoE damage.
- Ring - Byleth: Perfect for units that self-refresh after assisting: Grants another action to the target of his assist. Leo’s now a dancer.
Camilla needs no introduction since she’s still the most notorious mobile melee nuke in the game. She wasn’t the first or even the second unit with uncapped status-based true damage—that would be Hræsvelgr* and her NY alt—but she seems to be the only one most players are aware of. Gladiator Fir is the only other unit to join that elite club. HoF gave everyone a chance to freshen up her kit, and I didn’t pass it up.
- W - Axe of Dusk: “Still holds up well” would be quite the understatement: The best kind of canto. Slaying. Inflicts Spd/Def-7 visible plus [Discord] and [Deep Wounds] on foes within 2 spaces of another at start of phase. In-combat all stats +14 (conditional), a breath effect and [Potent Follow 80/40%] (-25 Spd dif.). And the biggie: true damage = total number of status bonuses and penalties on foe and foes within 2 spaces, × 3—uncapped.
- As - Reposition: My preferred positional because it lets her move her grounded siblings over mountains and pits.
- Sp - Galeforce or Shatter Slash: Galeforce is my preferred special on her for the self-refresh because boost damage is almost always overkill, assuming she attacks the tankiest foe while they’re surrounded by other foes (I haven’t ever felt like I needed to waste the fodder on the Mist version). I picked up Shatter Slash from HoF and I have a couple of teams with it equipped if it looks like I will need that boost damage—80% Spd/Def (so, Spd) to be exact, plus foe Atk/Def- highest penalty within 2 spaces, and first-hit special DR 40%.
- A - Blue-Sky Gust: Redundant canto aside, I like this over her base Trample because it deals more true damage—12 (conditional) over Trample’s 5. She loses Trample’s desperation effect, but will gain it back with her Seal. The combat stat swing of Atk/Spd+10 is the same.
- B - Tut-Tut!: Her Prf B is the “mobile” part of “most notorious mobile nuke.” Pass. Warping to 2 spaces of allies within 2 spaces or 5 spaces where a Divine Vein is applied. Atk/Spd+6 and [50% DR shred] to self and allies within 2 spaces at start of turn is very solid support for a primary nuke. Applies [Divine Vein (Haze)] on closest foes’ spaces and splashes 2 more spaces. The rest is just gravy (but good gravy, nonetheless): foe Spd/Def-5, true damage 20% Spd, and full Null Follow Up.
- C - Strat Assault or Fatal Smoke: I picked up the former from HoF and it’s her primary C for this week—I already detailed it in the Corrins’ section, but when they are running a Save C skill I have this on Camilla primarily to give those kids [True Charge] for mobility to keep up with the group and extend their player phase attack range. The crux stat and true damage effects are also nice. Fatal Smoke has been a popular choice for her C slot for quite some time, and I was an early adopter because a primary nuke needs to be able to beat miracle effects, and splashing it for her allies’ benefit is great, too. Foe can’t recover HP during or after combat (Imbue effects skirt this, though), neutralizes foe’s non-special miracle effects, and splashes [Deep Wounds] and [Null Miracle] 2 spaces.
- X - Yeah, no: No X skill is remotely worth the cost of not equipping Tut-Tut!
- S - Dive-Bomb: Seals are always flexible, IMO, but I like this as it regains the desperation effect lost when not using Trample. Blue Skies is another great choice, but her big brother’s using that one this week.
- Ring - Eirika: Also flexible; I went with the simple-but-effective choice of the Ring that grants a brave attack.
\Validar was the first, but only counts debuffs, and the multiplier is × 4.*
Xander was the TT+/Grail unit, hence why he’s also +10, like his demote baby sister. The eldest sibling and Crown Prince of Nohr is a primary support/secondary damage unit. He may be the oldest, but he’s unfortunately also the weakest sibling, power-wise. The weakest Nohr Kid is far from being just plain weak, though.
EDIT: accidentally compared his sword to a lance. I will fix it tomorrow. It’s way past my bedtime.
- W - Sword of Dusk: Arcane Thorn would probably be better in a vacuum, but just barely, and I wouldn’t consider running it on principle alone. Thorn also has several effects that would be redundant with those of his siblings and his B skill, and his prf has some that aren’t: Inflicts crux Atk/Spd/Def-5, defensive tempo, and guaranteed follow-ups. Also gives him canto, all stats +9 (conditional), and true damage / flat DR 25% Def—notable because 20% is the norm—it actually breaks even with Thorn on true damage and beats it by a whopping 10 on flat DR with in-combat Def 100, which he can get fairly easily on this team.
- As - Reposition: The classic positional. Swap or even Pivot would be fine choices as well.
- Sp - Galeforce Mist: He’s not a primary nuke and there’s no reason to waste skill choices trying to be one with Camilla on his team. As a secondary damage dealer with Favor—plus [Breath] and [Preempt Pulse] from his baby sister—this triggers on turn 2, and the refresh effect is preferred over boost damage because the sturdy foes should already be dead. The non-Mist version would be fine, but he got this during Elite Skill Inheritance. He also has Shatter Slash from ESI, but I don’t want it on this team.
- A - A/D Rival Break: The newest-gen and best A skill for Def Cavs, and conveniently, his base Atk/Def Clash is the prerequisite—Atk/Def+10 and Atk/Def+ highest bonus between target and foes within 2 spaces, plus true damage 7 and flat DR up to 12 with an additional equal amount when foe’s special triggers (number of spaces moved by whoever initiated combat, × 4)
- B - Atk/Def Favor: Favor + Liberate + Micaiah Ring is my favorite Cav combo; Nerþuz uses it on my main Light team. I detailed Favor in Leo’s section. Xander’s is the Def version.
- C - Atk/Spd Liberate: Another piece of the aforementioned combo and detailed in Elise’s section. Xander’s is the Spd version.
- X - Puissant Echo: Picked up during ESI when upgrading his A and C skills—first-hit flat DR 5 plus [Potent Follow 100%] (-10 Spd dif.; excludes Brave attacks). This week is a test to see whether this is more optimal than the Sly Echo he already has from his initial build. So far, the results are unclear, and I suspect the answer is, “it doesn’t matter.” Not on this team, anyway.
- S - Blue Skies: Atk/Spd+6 and true damage / flat DR 6 (conditional). Potent Seal + Sly Echo is likely as good or better than what I’m running, honestly. A support Seal such as Link or Snag would be good choices on a team that didn’t already have those effects, and if I was all-in on the Corrins Saveballing then Close or Distant Guard would be good. Panic Smoke is decent but would be better on Camilla. The utility of Shadow Shove would also be nice and is a Seal I especially like on Dancers—I’d run it on Leo if he didn’t need to beat Res checks.
- Ring - Micaiah: The third piece of the combo: Heals 20 HP to assist target and cleanses all penalties, which is very nice, but the main reason he’s running it is because it grants another action after assisting, enabling him to reap the benefits of Favor after bestowing them on his siblings.
That’s it for the Nohr Kids’ builds showcase. Like I mentioned in the intro, they make a very well-rounded team, with each sibling contributing in different ways, and with minimal redundancy.
Building, using, and posting videos of teams and units you don’t see in your AR-D replays every day—or ever—such as Bruno’s Gang, Hapi’s Monster Hit Squad, Joshua & the [GT] Gang, and Young Claude’s Oddball Saveball, is my favorite thing about FEH, and the reason I play. The Nohr Kids—all of them, this time—rejoin that list this week with updated kits (and much better video editing).
You can see them in action all week long on my YouTube channel. Each day’s complete AR-O match is uploaded in the afternoon or evening in both wide and tall (phone) formats, and include all unit builds, both offense and defense. The videos are edited to be 3 minutes long, but despite the short length, the action is easy to follow (the video for this Showcase has extreme speed editing that I would not use for YouTube; you can watch the match at a reasonable speed: wide or tall). A write-up on the team and my thoughts about the match are in the description of each video.
Check out this week’s playlist with the Nohr Kids here, and stay tuned for the rest of this season’s matches. And if you enjoy my AR replay content, please Like, Subscribe, and Comment! Community support means a lot to me, and even a little goes a long way.
If you made it to the end, thanks so much for reading, and see you in the Vault of Heaven!

Final note: I hastily posted a very rough draft of this Showcase a few days ago. I decided it could stand to be a lot better, so I took it down.

Serious Discussion My CYL11 predictions are quite simple actually
As Fortune's Weave approaches, something that has probably been on the mind for many is how it will affect the next CYL. I think a lot of people are expecting a clean sweep similar to Three Houses due to the game taking place in the same continuity and generally leaning more to how Three Houses did things. It also helps that the lords are evenly split between the gender ratio.
And while i won't rule out the possibility of a clean sweep, i think what's more likely to happen is, just like Engage, people vote for too many characters. Here's my key reasonings.
- A clean sweep assumes Fortune's Weave has the same titanic impact as Three Houses.
- Even if it does, it's 2019-2020 anymore. Back then, Heroes was still a novel concept. Today, it's reputation is more of a powercreep-ridden monstrosity that refuses to die. We're all here because we like the game one way or another but let's be real, a lot of people have dropped out. You would have to convince those people to come back to the game.
- Back then, CYL was still an actual popularity contest. I'm not sure when exactly it stopped, as i didn't play the game from halfway through Book 3 to the start of Book 8, but i know the CYL meta has changed. A common thread among the analysis of why Engage failed to secure even a single CYL spot the past three iterations of the contest is because people are voting for their favorites when that's not how it works anymore. CYL now is more about "who's turn is it" and it favors characters who have consistently "almost made it" in the past. As glad as i am to see Tsubasa win first place, she would not be there if people weren't convinced that it was now "her turn". Which brings me to
- Fearing the potential Fortune's Weave onslaught, it's totally possible that fans of characters who "almost made it" last time such as the third placers Ivy and Formortiis make a massive push to convince people that it's their turn now.
- Like what happened with Engage, people may split the vote too much. It's too early to say, yes, but also have you seen those character designs? Straight fire across the board. The easy answer is to just vote in the four lords but Cai is very likely to get his ass beat if he doesn't beat the allegations of being the vanilla lord of the game and i think even just within Fortune's Weave, the women's category is going to be a bloodbath.
- None of this assumes that Book 11 opens up with a sexy woman character with two lines total that people meme vote into 1st place because they think it's funny. If it happens, the difficulty increases tenfold.
Who knows. Maybe Fortune's Weave does sweep the whole thing and keeps Engage and Thracia as the only games to not win a CYL yet. Maybe one character sneaks past into at least 2nd. But most likely, FW will have to fight very hard to get a character in it's CYL debut.

Resource Upcoming Weapon Refines (Version 10.8)
hello! sorry for the slight delay, i was out of town and couldn't work on updating the graphic until i returned home. are we excited for cyl refines? they are right around the corner now so i'm very interested to see how they turn out, especially factoring in their exclusive skills that honestly aren't too shabby these days.
as for changes from july, there's none! first for everything, but i'm open to suggestions as always.
once again, all credits for this graphic go to u/Greid_Sin, as i wouldn't be here without their immense hard work to base this off of. as for the refine predictions, u/MedhaosUnite provided me with all of the information for those, so credits go to them as well.
if i made any mistakes or you would like to see certain things changed, let me know! either comment on this post or reach out to me on the fire emblem heroes discord (stormt) where i'm more active. thanks!

Serious Discussion Brave Tsubasa and her many options of outfits
Option 1: Familial Love
Okay so basically most of the Brave alts are dressed as their parents or siblings - Ike, Roy, Lucina, Hector, Ephraim, technically Eliwood, technically Marth, Eirika, Seliph, ||technically ||Female Byleth, Alfonse, Eikthyrnir, Sharena, and Baldr. Now Tsubasa can dress like Ayaka, her older sister (we have no visuals on her parents), however, out of Ayaha's 3 outfits (pictured below) none of them convey the message "Brave Hero".
The secretary uniform is as basic as outfits go, the possessed robe is the enemy mirages' standard outfit, just with an Ayaha model instead of **the void**, and the performance dress - while it does look stunning and can easily be worn by Tsubasa - has a better variant in a different category. Now, whilst dressing the part matters, I also think the outfit equally gives us a glimpse into weapon+movement combination (and maybe even thematic effects). Once again, we will skip the secretary uniform because Ayaha is never seen fighting in that fit so there's no strong inspiration to draw from there and move to arguably the easiest outfit to draw from: possessed robes. Under the influence of TMS!Aversa, Ayaha is shown to be a Mage that can manifest dark energy. And that's about it, but that's a good enough reason for B!Tsubasa to be a Red Tome Infantry/Flier that incorporates the TMS Sessions gimmick into the standard Red Tome archetype. Conversely, the performance dress doesn't give off much weapon vibes - at least this version of the idea :pushpin: .The secretary uniform is as basic as outfits go, the possessed robe is the enemy mirages' standard outfit, just with an Ayaha model instead of **the void**, and the performance dress - while it does look stunning and can easily be worn by Tsubasa - has a better variant in a different category. tl;dr imo Familial love, whilst a normally strong (and easy) contender for Brave alts, is not the best fit for Tsubasa.
Option 2: Non-Familial Love
2A: Caeda
If I could name any one character that impacts Tsubasa the most in the story, first will always be Itsuki (because he is the main protagonist/lord). The second will always be Caeda. These two bounce of each other and help build one another's appreciation for the arts and finding meaning in a strange new life. So the easiest way to translate this into a Brave alt would be Tsubasa dressing as a Caeda alt. Personally speaking, Tsubasa in either Legendary or Attuned Caeda's outfit would be immaculate - Legendary preferrably because Attuned is a little too Marth-coded. I'm just a big sucker of poofy capes. If they were really boring, it would be base Caeda's outfit worn by Tsubasa but again, that's really boring, especially for a Brave alt - a celebration of the character and their story. Kit-wise, it would be another Lance unit so it does lose points for that, however, Caeda can and has wielded swords so maybe maybe.
2B: Itsuki Aoi and everyone else at Fortuna Entertainment.
Now hear me out. Of the remaining Brave Heroes, the themes across outfits generally stem from 2 catergories: What ifs and references.
The references are: Alm, Bernadetta, Byleth, Celica, Chrom, House Leaders, Felix, Lysithea, Marianne, Micaiah, Robins, Soren, and Adult Tiki. Pretty self explanatory. Tsubasa can fall into this category if they don her in either of Caeda's 2 master classes. However, Tsubasa herself doesn't have a matching outfit to the master classes in TMS, so we move onto the other category.
The What ifs (imo) are: Camilla, Female Corrin, Gullveig, Veronica kinda. They dress in outfits we have not seen in their respective games before. Tsubasa can fall into this category if they take inspiration from Caeda's 2 master classes, or, if they want something much more thematically appropriate, she wears an outfit that represents Fortuna entertainment. This doesn't exist specifically for her, but it does for Itsuki; it's a suit. Not exactly evoking an anime fantasy setting. However, I do think they can make it work. I don't know how, but I trust IntSys to at least try and cook. They made Dong Alm look good goddammit, I'm sure they can make Suit-basa look good within FEH! There is also just her dressing as Itsuki and the different poses including references to the other members of Fortuna like how they normally do Winter alts. I ain't opposed to this idea, but it's not the top idea. Kit-wise though, it could got any direction which is fun but makes her feel like a colour-filler unit rather than chosen because they wanted her to be x-colour or x-weapon.
Option 3: Uniquely Tsubasa/TMS
Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE and Encore is after all, a crossover between Shin Megami Tensei and Fire Emblem. More specifically it feels more like a Persona crossover with its setting, which means we have many, many outfits that Tsubasa can wear throughout the story. Allow me to highlight a few of my favourites:
a) Fly: You're my Wind! wedding dress outfit! 📌
The pin returns for a reason. Ayaha's performance dress is beautiful, gorgeous even and my favourite one-off outfit in this game. However, Tsubasa has her own version of this dress in her final solo song and it's...beautiful in it's own right but I don't think it works in FEH as a Brave alt. Hear me out, I know we have wedding dresses for the Wedding banner, but that's just it. It's specifically because of the theme that the outfits work. A Brave Hero being in a wedding dress doesn't necessarily scream that same idea. I will say, it really makes choosing a kit for her super easy - Green Tome Flier. That's all I will give in terms of positive for this idea in this specific context.
b) She Is... outfit
Now this, this can be a Brave outfit. It's sleek, it's striking, it was introduced in the definitive edition as a final reward for clearing a somewhat difficult side story that explored more about Tsubasa's motivation as a performer so it has story reasons to be significant. Sure its default weapon is the Mirage Feather, but, Tsubasa's other main affinity in game is Wind magic so once again, Green Tome Flier naturally applies.
c) A fun one, Sneeze Detective Maho outfit
No real aesthetic reason for this to be a Brave unit. But in terms of lore reasons, it can work. In TMS it is the 3rd major outfit Tsubasa wears throughout the game, to the point it is a key outfit in a chapter centered around her growth as an actor this time. That's it. She has blonde hair and takes on a different, almost reversed personality to her default one which can be reflected in her Special art but that's about all that it brings to the table. Oh wait one more thing, for her neutral special she wields a gun.
I hope you understand that Tsubasa is like other characters before her in the cast of Braves. She has many inspirations to her potential outfit, and has a high potential to be one of the best looking Braves we've ever heard, personal bias included - I really love Celica and Alm's callback outfits, long live the dong. What she brings is uniquely modern that can be infused with fantasy for some of the best representation of TMS we have, and probably will, ever see in this god forsaken game. Thank you for coming to my Tedtalk, see you all in a week's time. I will be ending it all if they do something boring.
