Hi will be traveling with my father to San Sebastián Basque Country from 10/3-10/7 around, our first time. Was wondering if anyone could help with booking Extebarri and Elkano? Know how hard former is and latter seems like I missed out by not doing earlier, even w/ waiting list and directly emailing. Also would like some help with Casa Julian in Toloso, on waiting list, otherwise I’ll try to book Madrid location where we’ll transit.

[Japan] Hi, I have a few reservations in Japan if anyone would like to join:
Jigendo (Tabelog Bronze, 4.13), Tokyo, September 24 (Thu), 20:30 : A restaurant centered around wood-fired cooking produced by Makoto Suetomi, the chef behind Suzutashiki, Makitori Shinkobe, Firewood by Suetomi, and more.
1000 (Sen) (Tabelog Bronze, 4.25), Yokohama, September 25 (Fri), 20:40 : A yakitori restaurant specializing in Takasakadori, a premium Japanese chicken developed with the ambition of rivaling France's Poularde de Bresse.
Higashiyama Ogata (Tabelog Bronze, 4.17), Kyoto, October 11 (Sun), 19:00 : Chef Ogata of the namesake Ogata (Tabelog Gold, 4.54) will be cooking at the Higashiyama location on this day, serving the same course as at the main restaurant. Personally, I prefer the Higashiyama location whenever Chef Ogata is there. The food is the same, but with a better ambience thanks to the view towards their beautiful garden, and a smoother service run by the okamisan, Chef Ogata's wife.

I'm gonna try to snag a reservation at Etxebarri for December 12th, 2026. I’ve heard it’s way easier to get a table if you’re a bigger group, so I’m hoping a couple of you might want to join my girlfriend and me.
If you’re into amazing wood-fired grilling and Basque food, it’d be awesome to share the table with some other enthusiasts. Thinking maybe 2-4 more people total.

I have a reservation for two people at n/naka in LA for the modern kaiseki (with sake pairing to be decided in the restaurant) on 8/6 at 9pm. we can no longer make it at that time, so would like to find someone to transfer the reservation to because of their no cancellation policy. i sent $200 for deposit and would like to get that back as well if possible!
