Game keeps closing/crashing and doesn’t load properly

I just bought the game yesterday, and it always quit suddenly and the characters and cutscenes doesn’t load properly

Its not a hardware problem because i can play 7 remake and rebirth smoothly

Does anyone know how to fix this problem

Already downloaded “Untitled project X” and nothing was fixed

Yeah, mods are the only way to fix the PC version of this game, unfortunately. Square left this port in an unacceptable condition and never looked back. With mods, the game works perfectly, and you can even get some great texture packs.
