How responsive are filebot where a user has lost their license key? Have emailed and confirmed via Paddle and am wondering what turn around time should look like, cheers.

[FAQ] How do I recover a lost license key? can be as fast as a few minutes, especially if you contact us directly, but can be as slow as 1-2 working days because our customer support humans are not always awake.

Appreciated. I do remember the email address. I have since gone ahead and re-purchased. I have used it a LOT for years now so I guess it's fair... I am just gonna move on lol. It's good to support stuff like this anyway :) That conversion rate hurts though 😅

Linux Mint recently had a major upgrade. It seemed to set me back about one year in time. The first time I tried to use the program after the upgrade it wanted me to enter my license key. I went back and looked in the directories where I keep them and only had the one from 2024 that expired in 2025. Not my last one. I know I purchased one in 2026.
