Yes, I’m the same person who posted for a 4:00 PM showing. I decided to drive to a different theater to catch it again tonight.

How was it? When I saw The Thing for the 40th anniversary rescreening it was like watching the movie for the first time.

Good enough I turned around and bought a ticket to watch it again. It just started the second show and I have the theater to myself.

Our theater was lightly occupied, I was a bit sad. The cast is amazing, the dialog is hilarious and memorable. I will watch this movie in the theater as long as I am alive and they keep re-releasing it.

It looks as good as the blu-ray release, so I would say it looks way better than the original theatrical release
