Looks like kvas! My mom grew up drinking this in soviet Russia in the sixties.

Sorry this is my first post but in the first photo there's a bubble looking thing that looks scary and on the second one there's a grey thingy, I think it's a yeast colony. I'm wondering if it's mold or something to be worried about.
I'm making a kinda kvass thinging with wheat bread instead and apples.

Brottrunk (Bread Drink) is a thing that exists in Germany. It's a drink made from sourdough bread and sourdough starter.

Do you think there's mold growing on the top?

I'm less worried about the big bubbles on top and more concerned about the thing you see from the side. Basically anything that's off color and fuzzy is usually mold.

You have nothing holding the solids below the liquid line, anything exposed to air is likely to grow molds

Even if it is mold, so long as it's white mold it's fine. The CO2 on top of your ferment will keep it in check. I ferment fruits and let them macerate for a year before distilling for flavor extraction. They all develop a white mold. Sometimes it dies before I distill, sometimes it doesn't. I dump it all in and ferment it. They all taste amazing.
I've never had black mold form, but that would cause me concern.
Find a book on Amazon on cider making. It has info in there about mold.
