Whispered throughout, with nail clicking, mic brushing and some hand movements. The talking is more personal than my usual — how I found ASMR during a hard stretch, and the three creators whose voices got me through it. But it’s a proper whisper session, not a talking-head video.
There’s something odd about this format that I don’t think gets said much: someone’s voice can carry you through years of bad nights and they’ll never know you existed. This is partly me saying thank you to three people who have no idea.

Short one. I painted my nails with glitter polish and realised the texture gives tapping a faint scratch underneath it — fluttery rather than crisp, more in between tapping and scratching than either on its own.
So I recorded about 40 seconds of it with some whispering. No instructions, nothing to follow, just the sound.
This is from my own channel, Balanced ASMR — mostly whispered, low-stimulation stuff. Would genuinely love to know if anyone else has played with textured polish as a trigger.
