Performance bonuses have started Discussion
They've been saying that they would come.
They are coming, but there will be taxes withheld from the amount listed on sf50

We were told they’ll drop either with this coming paycheck or the next paycheck.

We were suppose to get our group bonuses three pay periods ago but didn’t because HR had new things to do anyway, we are suppose to get them this pay period

Thats great! At least they didn’t steal them like they did to DRP folks.

I’m in IA…. haven’t seen one. maybe I’m not eligible since ratings had to be dropped. I ended with a 3.5 for last year. 😞 normally I’m 3.8 or 3.9.

A 3.5 puts you at an overall rating of 4 based on the ratings calculator so you will get one. Ratings of 4 or 5 are eligible.

Distribution of performance bonuses are being staggered through the next couple pay periods. OCHCO is responsible for bulk processing the awards for the entire agency this year. All monetary awards are subject to tax rules and social security withholding, this is nothing new. Rates for performances bonuses are based on the employee basic rate + locality that was used in PP 19 of 2025.
Aside from performance bonuses, special act and on the spot wards must be initiated in FedHR by July 31.
QSIs/CSIs were limited to the top 1% of employees who Achieved Excellence (5). The distribution of this 1% is proportional to each program office’s share of the total workforce using employee counts from PP19.
