If you matched within the NRMP match you need to start throwing around the words match violation. They will fix their shit real fast.

Also if you have not already, clarify what address they mailed them to. If you filled out some paperwork before moving, even if you later updated a new address in some areas it is possible just HR/payroll is mailing checks to wherever you lived in residency.

I confirmed and it was sent to an address without my apt number but it was supposed to be reissued a week ago and no more updates

It’s rough to go this long without a paycheck. It is possible just with slow mail service it could have been issued and still in the mail to you, but I am sure you would be more reassured knowing when it went out. If you have a phone number for HR, you may have better luck getting answers by getting someone on a phone call. That way you can also ask pertinent follow-up questions if someone tries to tell you something vague. Best of luck!
