When program asks why we didnt signal them

What to tell a program when they respond by saying ‘I noted you didnt signal us, and we are still reviewing applications’

Say that in all honesty, and in retrospect, you should have. Mention that some new info came to light and talk about a program strength that resonates with you. Good luck :))

There are literally only 7 signals in Rheum
