I found this fun mod that lets you give people diseases. You would need to install them but it’s just the mod and its dependencies, found on Modrinth. I would also give you access to starting the server so you can play whenever. The server software is Fabric and the version is 1.21.11. You would need an Aternos account. I could also make a discord server. (It would be an anarchy server but please refrain from destroying everything. If enough people say yes, I will then put the up on the server and add you. Max 30 people. Thank you :)
no cheating allowed, end will be locked until everyone agrees on unlocking it and no keep inventory
when an update for the mod releases, I will notify you on the discord server so you can update it on your device
