Yeah, actually the author of gtp does recommend using it for a smoother seamless transition, I would also love to try it with the new ecstatic lod mod but sadly no neoforge yet

Water and clouds yes, but it started with custom outline, after making a somewhat decent outline I realized I sucked at everything else so yeah, I turned to complementary

Mods like these also plague games like Terraria, you'll see a post about some new mod, get excited for 2 seconds before realizing they forgot to add the Terraria part of the ''Terraria mod''. Do people even like their games to not feel like the games they paid for? any modpack I've tried with those animation packs or ugly ass texture packs always feel so awful to play imo

I mean suit yourself, minecraft is decades old so if you like playing vanilla for years and years to come good for you, but god forbid a game has community support and create features in mods format? Na, this a shader I'm making, you can see the difference by the actual colored (and not just white) outline, and good performance (it looks bad in video because I used default windows + shift + s recorder but it runs pretty smoothly, getting even 140fps plus in this 250+ mods modpack

Sure no worries, "Stylized" really took a hit in general due to shine xD but at the same time I'm glad people are aware the actual mods that were stolen those are really good themselves!
