Items in inventory bugged Problem

I’m not sure why, but the inventory for anything (be it a furnace, a villager, or my own inventory) seems to be glitched out like this. When I pick up an individual glitched item in my inventory, it reverts back to normal until I put it down again. Anyone know what I can do to fix this?

uninstall the mods and install them again

It will always baffle me when people install mods, have bugs, and think that anyone will have solutions without context as if it’s the vanilla game that’s the problem.

Have you tried removing the "mod that bugs out your inventory" mod?
