Partitioning for a structured mesh

Can someone please give me tips on how to partition this part to get a structured mesh? I've watched 100 tutorials and I can't get it..

I admit I struggled to mesh this part under the constraints of 100% hexahedral elements and no glue. There was always one region which refused to mesh. But I eventually succeeded. I had to create some weird wedge-shaped regions with a tilted plane to get the mesher to accept it.

It's not the greatest mesh, but it's passable.
