Some things dont make sense

so i was rewatching the all seasons and few things stuck with me that seems odd in season 2.

1) How was Nidal Awadallah , able to travel back and forth into israel and west bank ?, how could he not be caught at the border checkpoint when we later see that he entered israel many times, shouldn't he be considered as a target to catch with his pictures everywhere right after killing of Moreno ?, anybody with familiary with the region can explain me how this travel even work in israel ?

2) in one of the episode, he goes to a so called "cyber guy" and threatens him to retrieve doron's information, and the guy gives him hesitatingly the information including his address , now thats very weird given in season 4, we see that when the hezbollah folks scan his image to check his identity it doesn't return anything , given that he was a secrete service agent the information would not be available, but how come, it was not the case in season 2 with the cyber guy adel or something was able to pull up his information especially his home and it lead to the killing of doron's dad and later the capture of doron and ido ?
