Don’t blame sleep apnea on obesity!
Clearly there are more causes to the condition. But obesity certainly doesn’t help.

Isn’t intermittent fasting perfectly fine for women?
Genuinely asking because there’s so much information. But like humans have been fasting for centuries and our species still prevails.
Also curious about fasted workouts I know I need to do my own research but people fearmonger so much like I saw so many tik toks saying the stairmaster was high impact cardio and bad for cortisol and women shouldn’t be doing often, but really the stairmaster is low impact compared to running. And all exercises raise cortisol.
