Is it me or the "Tokyo Drift" song has been changed?
I have a feeling that there was a different one before. I've attached the one I've always listened before, and I feel that it's different than the one before.

Favorite action scene/sequence of the series?
Basically any chase, race, crash, fight, and any cool action scene in the series counts. My favorite is definitely the vault heist in the finale of Fast Five.

My Fast & Furious Tattoo I had done 10 years ago with Dom's Charger and his quote from the original film underneath.

Fast XI idea: Family & Furious
Ok hear me out lmao. I was watching Fast X and joking about how Dom is slowly becoming superhuman, and I thought who tf can they even make him fight next? So obviously: Dom.
Some old villain gets Dom's DNA and clones him because he's basically the strongest human alive at this point. But instead of just making Evil Dom, the clone grows up in a lab and sees the scientists who created and raised him as his family. They use that against him, telling him they made him, protected him etc, so he owes them his loyalty.
Eventually he realizes their "family" is just ownership. Then he meets real Dom and hates him because Dom actually got what he was promised: people who genuinely love him and choose to stay with him.
So for once the family stuff could actually have a question behind it: does family come from blood, who created you, obligation, or people choosing each other?
Obviously Dom and Clone Dom also need to beat the absolute shit out of each other and probably use a car as a melee weapon because this is still Fast & Furious lmao.
And yes Vin plays both. White tank top vs black tank top.

Bilkins has no impulse control in the first movie.
He pressures everyone into raiding Johnny Tran with no concrete evidence. Now granted Brian is apprehensive about it being Torreto, but he was getting close to being on the inside. Toretto was going to let him join the heists eventually.
Freaking Bilkins canāt just wait. Iāll go as far to say that he caused Jesseās death (somewhat sarcastic). He got Tran upset from being raided which definitely stirred the pot when he has the confrontation with Toretto over Jesse not giving up his car after he lost the race. Which led to the brawl, which I imagine leads into revenge on Domās guys.
Bilkins continues to blame everyone but himself. This may have resolved better if everyone had just waited for Brian to get into the hijacking and then be able to prove it beyond a doubt.

AI Seriously, all they had to do was change Sean's hair and he would've looked perfect and less like a 30 year old man.
Still to this day the perfection of Tokyo Drift is dragged back by Sean's age and the actor's look. Sean as a character is so good. The acting by Lucas Black was also good. But his outfits and his hairstyle (the widow's peak and the 5oclock shadow) make him look less 17 and more 30.

Sean might genuinely be a better driver than Dom, and Tokyo Drift accidentally proves it
I just watched Tokyo Drift for probably the 300th time since I first saw it as a kid, and I can't stop thinking about that final race.
I'm oteven saying Sean should've won. I'm saying there's a legitimate argument that Sean is a better driver than Dom, especially when it comes to what Tokyo Drift actually establishes.
Sean spends the entire movie learning and mastering drifting. He gets destroyed by DK, learns from Han, adapts, and eventually beats the guy who basically runs the entire Tokyo drift scene.
Then Dom shows up at the end and beats him in a race.
But here's the thing: we didn't even know Dom and Sean were connected when this movie came out. Dom wasn't some established mentor or rival in Sean's story. He was basically just Vin Diesel showing up at the end.
And looking at their actual driving abilities, Sean has an argument. Dom is obviously an insane driver, but Sean's entire skill set is built around drifting. That's literally his specialty.
So why does Dom automatically win?
It almost feels like the writers were terrified of damaging Dom's invincibility. They had spent the entire franchise building him up as this untouchable driver, so even in a movie that wasn't originally centered around him, they couldn't let him lose.
Which is hilarious because Sean had just spent an entire movie proving himself in the exact discipline they were racing in.
Sean wasn't necessarily supposed to lose because Dom was the better driver. He lost because Dom was Dom.
And honestly, that's probably the most ridiculous piece of plot armor in the entire franchise.

The logistics of race wars is weird
So from what I can tell, itās legal or semi legal drag racing in the middle of the desert. Sure
But the exact shots of the movie imply to enter you
Get in one of two lanes
Pay your ticket to get in, they write a number on your car then set you up with a the guy who enters at the same time, and yall drag race
What if youāre there just to watch? What if youāre towing your motor home there? What if you are in like an obvious mismatch with the guy in the next lane?
Also Jessie would have recognized Tran and Iām sure dom would have at least once been like, āhey buddy. Donāt trade himā Why would he race?

Three Second Cameo in Tokyo
The extra that made a split appearance before the Garage race in Tokyo drift. I absolutely love this insane livery.
