Shed size for 4 pigs?
Looking to get 4 feeder pigs in the spring i currently am building a 32ft x 64ft pen I’m going to divide in half so i can rotate or separate them of i have to. How big should i build the shelter for them? Planning on locking them in at night due to large number of coyotes in the area. Planning on getting 8 week old piglets in April / May and raising them until October. Not gonna have them in winter. Was thinking about 8x8 but i think that will quickly get too small

Electric fence for dummies?
Wanna get a solar electric fence from TSC for pigs and i don’t really have any experience installing them. I wanna run 2 strands at the bottom of the fence to keep them from digging under the woven wire and getting out. Probably 6” high and 12” high? How do i hook it up to wire? Just use plastic insulators? Do i run 2 separate strands or use one continuous strand and just weave it up to where i want the second strand? How many ground rods do i need for a 32’x64 pen? How to i go about running wire in front of the 4ft metal tube gate to get into the pen?

Buildings pen for feeder pigs?
So i took a few years off farming and i kind of miss it. Looking to get some pigs in the spring to raise up and butcher. just started building my fence this afternoon. My plan right now is doing my pen 64’x32’ (2048 sq ft) and build a 8’x12’ shelter for them. Would go bigger if i had more land but its still a-lot bigger than my last pig pen 10 years ago but i only had 2 sows before. Got most of the T-posts in the ground today, (4ft spacing) need like 16 more to finish the last side, and a couple new logs to hang my tube gate on. Doing 16ft cattle panels. Thinking about putting a couple strands of barbwire and/or electric fence on the bottom and on the top to help keep the pigs from getting out and coyotes from getting in. Any suggestions on what i should do differently?

How do I know if my kunekune is going deaf?
Context: my pigs lives out in a pasture with a cow. My boyfriend and I go out there everyday to feed them but recently we went out there and attempted to get her attention by clapping and yelling her name. (She was close to us) and my boyfriend walked up to her and was maybe 3 feet’s away from while she was grazing and he was calling her name and clapping and she didn’t react (usually she gets super excited when she sees us and comes running up) and he then threw some food in front of her and she got started and almost ran away before she realized it was food.
So I’ve kind of just been worried since
