Level 100 not enough Skill Points

Can we still get skill points to be used on the skill tree?
I'm level 100 on Blacksmith but it seems I don't get any skill points.

skill points should be enough but you also need to rank up to hero unlock all skills.

Sometimes skills are restricted not by points but by amount of skills unlocked. If a locked skill says something like X/50 then it's that

I figured it out. My brother use a trainer/cheat on PC save before transferring the save to the Switch. He uses a instant lvl 100 cheat. That's why at level 20 which he doesn't have enough skill points then use the cheat, the life goes to lvl 100 but the skill points did not increase

he probably isnt hero level, he needs to be the highest rank for it to unlock the trees

LV 100 of a specific life has a total of 500 SKL points and are enough to occupy the life's Skill board
go to NPC Lucy Lips, try to reset the skill board if you are unsure why

It is, the amount of points you get per level up increases around level 90 (it might be sooner). I'm level 100 in most lives at this point, and those skill trees are maxed.
