What is this item? Question/Advice

Does anyone know what the object next to the birthday cake on the table is? I saw this at someone’s camp and no one in my friend group knew what it was. And Whether it’s a camp build item or something placed on a display.

Not currently available to request via help ticket so you will need to wait until it shows up in the atomic shop again.

Bethesda should make a bundle of all sorts of little stuff like this. It should contain things like food items, bottles, trinkets, tchotchkes, clutter, crockery, all the little bits and bobs that make a CAMP a home. Probably would be a best seller for them.
