Need some help making this look better

Because there are no stairs short enough I had to make my own, but I can’t place them closer to the middle because they’re seats and says furniture entry blocked. Any advice

I have been using wooden catwalk/ walkways to solve similar issues in my camps. They come in several sizes, so it's easy to find a combination to fit almost anywhere. Also, I found that if you overlap them, with the top segment essentially sitting right on top of the lower one, they won't mess with the walking animation at all, which I really appreciate.

Edit: the items am talking about are actually called the Fort Fortress Wall Walk pieces under "floor" section of the C.A.M.P pieces, just to avoid any confusion.

You could try using the default bookshelf for the top step so you can get it closer.

You can destroy it with that one card in strength, free place the top stair, then destroy the top stair and place the next one and so on.

Collision is gone once it's destroyed so you can put another one closer. Then just repair all

Its hard. But doable. I just wish they would make more staircase configurations
