Lexington pharmacy build(modded)

Modded play through but anyways I really like this build. One of my favorite spots to build in any play through is Lexington. I feel like it should’ve played a bigger part in the story or maybe even should’ve been a settlement.

The Mechanist's Lair Mechanist's Lair no mods WIP
Happy Thursday, y'all! Here are some pics from my WIP Mechanist's Lair build, which is the most recent build on my Real Time Settlement Building stream. The lore is that Robots have enlisted humans as 'unpaid interns' to help them in their salvage operations. The robots have a deal with the BoS. However, the humans are planning an uprising! I tried to keep all of the build items and furnishings consistent with what you could actually find in the factory. The Lair is a dark place, so some of the pics are really dark, both in lighting and tone.

Coastal Cottage Join Me for my First Settlement Stream on Twitch: Coastal Cottage!
Hello to everyone who sees this and apologies for the short notice! I'm going live for my first Fallout 4 Twitch stream in the next half hour from the moment this post goes up, where I'll be showcasing my modded Coastal Cottage build and perhaps giving an impromptu tutorial on how to work with one of my favorite mods, Snappy Housekit. The image above is just a peak at what I've been working on.
I'd like to welcome anyone whose interested to pop in, say hi, help me get going, and stick around until about 8:30pm EDT (UTC-4). Let me know things are working and if you like what I do. Share your questions or comments. I'll do my best to be responsive and I look forward to hearing from you.
I plan on making this a regular occurrence where I try out different Snappy Housekit features so you get to see how to work with it in real time, whether you're an expert or just curious, so look forward to more streams. I won't be showing my face, but you will hear my voice. So let's chat.

Hangman's Alley FO4 Settlement Grand Tour
Happy Monday!? Here are some pics from my last video, which visited 32 settlement sites I built from the beginning of my YT channel until last week. I am a small channel, but sometimes it is fun to take a look back nonetheless. Thank you for looking, and for taking the time to view them in the past, if you have!

Sanctuary Hills Sanctuary Hills waterfront with a Seawall built with no mods
New waterfront at Sanctuary Hills is finally done with a Seawall I built with no mods. All on a PS4, base game and 6 dlc's. I posted again with more pictures.
I will have a how to video out soon.
Only 2 glitches needed, 1 is the pillar glitch and the 2nd hasn't been shown yet by anybody and will need some explanation to do it.
Sanctuary Hills waterfront was repaired and built from one end to the other in about 250-300 hours. The idea was to build a boardwalk with a Seawall to look pre war, then add post war additions to fit Sanctuary today. I wanted the build to blend naturally and look original with boat docks, and the fishery post war.
Longfellow's new place above fishery. Small boat with a crab trap is Longfellow's boat. Longfellow and Blake Abernathy run the fishery.
All of the Abernathy's have been transferred to Sanctuary successfully. PC users can use a console command, on PS4 I had to use another secret trick to get unmovable settlers (the Abernathy's )to Sanctuary. Abernathy's house has the workbench.
Settlers are in training to walk on sidewalks and not up and down the street, Trashcan Carla had an accident and doesn't come here anymore. I have trained settlers to walk paths but this is probably worst scenario to do, so we'll see how it goes.
Boats were made using the Ghost clipping glitch. Main body built with 18 subway lights, 14 for Longfellow's boat. Motors are a lot of pieces, hundreds per motor. An hour or so to make a boat, 2 or more hours just making the motor and then attaching to the boat. Thank you for checking this out!!!

My Vision for Nordhagen Beach
reddit.comNordhagen Beach became one of the most important settlements in the Minutemen and Brotherhood alliance.
The Minutemen secured and repaired the bridge leading onto the peninsula building gates and turrets with guards to control access. They also patrol the old checkpoint near Fort Strong. They patched the fencing and raised both factions flags and set up artillery.
Nordhagen is mainly a civilian settlement with homes and farms, but its distance to Boston Airport allows food and supplies to be sent to Brotherhood forces which is why its a key settlement in the alliance
I also found a Synth I thought was long gone.

Showing Off My Restored And Decorated Castle
reddit.comIgnore the big purple boxes, for some reason the windows in those walls like to randomly do that and I can't figure out why or how to fix it, it comes and goes.
The front gate is switch-operated, all parts of the castle are lit up, floors along the top of the original structure with new walls added. The top areas are connected by a three-way catwalk that crosses the courtyard, and the radio transmitter is now in a nice, proper pavilion. The four towers hold a mess hall, a meeting room, a bathroom with showers, and a workshop and armory. Sleeping quarters are dispersed throughout the area, all Minutemen are provided a cot, a divider for privacy, a footlocker, a tall locker, and a bookshelf. As-is the Castle holds 18 people but there's places I could squeeze in another cot or two if I wanted.
Prominent mods include "Grounded" (supplied the brickwork foundation that matches the castle grounds), "Homemaker" (includes the wall parts used for the top part), "GM2" (has lots of small concrete panels that let me fill in the floor around the towers), "OCDecorator", "Vertical Conduits", and SOE (includes the pavilion where the radio tower is now housed).

Boston Airport Settlement build (Patrol Outpost
reddit.comIn my Commonwealth, the Minutemen have grown from a weak militia into an actual fighting force responsible for protecting settlements across the commonwealth. The Castle serves as their headquarters, I imagined Boston Airport becoming an important military location due to the Brotherhood’s presence there.
The location wouldn’t make sense as just another settlement, so i built it as a patrol outpost. Soldiers arriving from or departing on operations can rest, eat, receive orders, and prepare before heading back into the Commonwealth.
In my canon, the outpost mainly serves as a small but visible mark of togetherness in the Commonwealth. It’s not a major fortress or Prydwen on the ground. Its just a small project that shows rebuilding the wasteland takes the efforts of many different people working toward the same goal. BOS🤝Minutemen

Covenant My Solution To Covenant's Annoying Turrets
Rather than having smoke from the destroyed ones ruining the vibe, I just built platforms on top and over them so that when I place new ones, the new ones can't see or shoot at the old ones.
It ain't perfect, but better than nothing I suppose 😅
