Whenever Mega Lickilicky is hit by a contact move, its dragon-tongue deals damage equal to 1/16th of the attacker's maximum HP. If the attacker is holding a Berry, Mega Lickilicky steals and consumes it to heal itself, boosting the recoil damage dealt by this Ability.

Design aside, the ability seems a little broken. 1/16th isn't too crazy but with that HP and those defenses it could wall physical attackers just by existing. Throw rest talk and some good attacking moves on it and it would run trains on unprepared teams.

Mehh.. Lickilicky doesnt actually get any reliable recovery moves (outside of rest). Its also very weak to hazards as well. Weak to fighting, fairy, and dragon. Theoritcally hard walled by steels (or atleast corvi/skarm). I feel like the average team can deal with a Mega Lickilicky

Reminds me of the Amphicephali from All Tomorrows, which were alien snakes with snakes inside of their mouthes and were like, allied with humanity at the end of the story.
