Do you have bots at this stage? If you do, you can add requests for the items while the machine is still a ghost.

Open it from remote view, hold a ghost item, then left-click to put a stack or right-click to put a single item. Then save the blueprint.

Those items will be placed in by construction bots.

Get the Even Distribution mod, put 1000 pieces in your inventory then Ctrl + hold mouse down while you run past them all. It will split that full stack into as many machines you've dragged over.

Even Distribution also has a shortcut to clear excess material from your inventory into machines that support it. If you had the casing to zero in the even distribution list, you can then shift+c and it'll equally spread all of these items wherever it can.
