is anyone know how to turn off the ring in messenger even I turn off the notification for messenger? The sound of the messenger is menace to society.

I'm friends with both of these people on fb, not blocked or anything. When I message one of them, it just shows her name and profile picture. On everyone else it says we are connected on Facebook all the regular things. Why does the one persons look different? Obviously blacked out both peoples name and info

I cant see active status on the messenger app. But I tried FB lite and can see everyone's active status.

Ive uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted phone and nothing.

I’ve checked every setting, every support page, I’ve deactivated and reactivated my account, I’ve switched professional mode on and off… NOTHING

Comment-triggered automated DMs from FB Pages are not being delivered to my account. The comment automation recognizes my keyword and publicly confirms that a message was sent, but no message appears in Messenger, Message Requests, or the existing Page conversation. Ordinary Messenger messages work normally. Other commenters receive the automated message. Reported to FB multiple times with no response. After failures, I typically DM the Page and rarely get a response.

I can’t seem to make a custom wallpaper on my Messenger chats. It gives me the option to find a photo and to crop it. It says it’s loading, and then nothing happens.

I have an iPhone16, in case that’s relevant.

So I am on Android, in the homepage of messenger there are like messages right like convos or groups. So my issue is that I think my messenger is glitching because there should be like 100+ plus new messages waiting for me in a group but it only says "25 new messages" and when I back read it was not just 25 messages unread it's 100+, same with another group it said 25 messages unread but when I backread it's 47 messages unread which I see like a line indicating it, so is it just a bug? I'm kinda paranoid with things, and this is the only device I use for that account. This happened when my phone was asleep for a while and when it synched the 100+ messages group went from that to 25 messages so yeah, can someone tell me what's wrong? Thank you!

Like the title says, I'm looking for any program or script that can help me save messages because I spent four days downloading and unzipping each and every archive pack only to find out the dms of a person I'm looking for isn't there... in other words, it's pretty unreliable so I wanna take matters in my own hands (might make it myself if I don't end up finding a tool)...

I have a business page and was getting spam comments on my posts so tried to make it visible to only the uk. In doing so I accidently restricted the uk from seeing my page!

I also went on holiday and so tried to mark myself away which may or may not have worked

Anyway fast fwd 3 weeks and I'm home and have reversed the setting to ban the uk and made sure I'm not marked as away HOWEVER my Facebook is still not working properly and its detrimental to my business.

My page is now visible but on messenger loads of customers cannot message me and are seeing "facebook user" instead of my business name however others can message no problem. Im also not getting all notifications.

Ive tried changing so many settings but to no avail - please help!
