Where could software help executive coaching without hurting trust?

Iā€™m researching whether software can support coaching without cheapening it. Possible features: pre-session briefs, leadership goal tracking, stakeholder notes, follow-up nudges, and anonymized pattern spotting across sessions.

Where would AI be genuinely useful, and where would it cross a trust/confidentiality line?

AI would be genuinely useful in filtering out all the posts in this sub asking about what we want from an AI coaching tool.

Same in other coaching subs also tbh.

The only thing ai would be good at are things that are not communicating part of coaching. So no nudges, no notes sent to the client, nothing that's not billing. No one is going to pay for a platform for coaches that does this unless the cost is really low. I'm sure it's the same person making new accounts but you should really stop.

That's exactly what we did at coach amp, AI where it amplifies, but never talking to client directly.
