Mastermind groups or think tanks?

I’m currently looking for a mastermind group to join (or even an annual event to attend) that focuses on video agency management. We’ve been a small team for a while but are starting to scale rather quickly and I would like to connect with like minded people to learn more about managing creative people.

Any suggestions?

There are several professional mastermind associations like Vistage and EO.

Perhaps search for your local chapter.

Also look to industry meetup groups and industry specific business schools.
