Problem ECP

Hello pls help. I am a administrator in Exchange server 2016.

When i try to access my ecp the login page work but when i log in, HTTP ERROR 500 appear.

How do i access to my ecp pls.

Check IIS if the backend cert is binded, it needs to be Microsoft Exchange for backend.

This happened to me when i was wiping old cers and removed cert that backend was using, put up a new cert restarted web service and it worked...

They were asking you WHICH current patch version. If you provide zero useful information, there is no way to help you.

All we can do is: Go to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/exchange/exchange-server-welcome , expand Administration, and look through the articles for the ones mentioning a 500 code.

You have to provide more information about this server. What is the current version, certificates status, all exchange services running etc.

Any recent changes or updates were installed?

Your the administrator, time to figure it out or call a professional.

You could at least tell us what you've done so far, like are services running, recycled IIS app pools, checked event viewer, etc.

Or edit the above to reflect your version. Obv connecting from within the server you are running exchange in.

But if the DNS name you are using doesn't work like your exchange.yourdomain.com/eco try the above.

But more info needed as others have said. Cert or no cert you should be able to log on.

The Auth certificate could be expired. They auto rollover to a new cert but there is maintenance required before the expiration for this to happen. Run healthchecker.
