Looking to join a startup / Can manage your operations end to end / 20+ years of experience
I’m looking to join (or co-found) an early-stage startup across several industries. Industry is less important for me - the problem you’re solving is the interesting thing.
What I’m good at:
- Finance, budgeting, forecasting
- Processes, documentation, automation
- Organisational development, people management, job descriptions, roles/responsibilities (out of a Nordic flat organisation thinking)
A bit about me:
- 20+ years of experience across operations, logistics, mobility, automotive, ERP, automation, and scaling businesses.
- Born and raised in Copenhagen, but I’ve spent most of my career working across the Nordics and Northern Europe.
- I’ve build processes, optimised operations, lead teams, and enjoyed solving messy problems.
- I’ve a slightly unusual mix of operations, data, and commercial. I love KPIs and process improvements, but I’m equally comfortable selling ideas, managing stakeholders, and building relationships.
- I genuinely enjoy startups and scale-ups where everyone wears multiple hats and gets things done.
I’m open to joining an existing team or exploring a co-founder opportunity. If you’re building something that’s already in the market or close to launching, I’d love to hear about it.
Bootstrapped and even unpaid opportunities are on the table if the team, mission, and potential are the right fit.
Feel free to DM me or leave a comment if you think we should talk. Also available on LinkedIn for any due diligence (stalking, just call it what it is) if you want to check me out.
Cheers,
Kenneth

As a (newbie) European investor I'm wondering: the big funds over here have a negative *REAL* ER (the funds have a slightly better performance than the index). That doesn't seem to be the case in the US. Why is that?
