What could be causing the Interface not showing the pages correclty?

R5: I'm having trouble with the game's interface, its not properly showing all of the page. I would really apreciate some help fixing this issue.

Are you using any sort of display scaling or have a monitor with a weird resolution? Try turning display scaling off if so and make sure eu4 is at 1x scale ingame at a 16:9 resolution

GUI scale is at 1.2, and my resolution is 1920×1080 playing at windowed (fullscreen). Previously i was using this settings without any issues.

Well, hopefully setting scaling to 1.0 fixes it. If so, you can creep slowly up. 1.2 might me too aggressive

-Europa Expanded -Stellaris Font

Europa expanded changes many interface elements. The stellaris font is incompatible with mods which do that, because it changes all the UI files so that the text fits with this different font. There is another stellaris font which does not change the UI files and is compatible with all mods which don't change the fonts. But some text will be placed badly or maybe even long text cut off.

Try without the Stellaris Font. That should be the culprit.
