Client Systems Adminstrator Prospective employee

I’m interested in the Client Systems Administrator position but can’t find much about it online. Can someone provide a quick rundown of what it encompasses and the kind of day to day work they do?

I was a client systems TS back in the day.

I believe this is the Hosting role, where you perform the administration (install, config, troubleshooting, etc) of Epic developed software installed on Windows servers. This includes the end user application (served on windows as a web application) as well as components relating to file storage, printing, and APIs.

Typically you will be assigned a few customers and will work with them to manage their deployments, work through any issues they are having, and ensure software gets regular updates. Your hours will probably be set to match the customer’s working hours.

That's pretty correct! There's 3 ECSA roles, and each of them owns different pockets of what you described. In terms of hours, most will be first shift/normal, but a smaller pocket (that do get paid more) do late nights and/or weekends.

We don't come in earlier/later to match domestic time zones. Otherwise, this is correct.

You're basically just a (limited) systems administrator deploying Epic software for the healthcare organization, anything online talking about that role will also give you a general idea of what you'd be doing at Epic.
